Your moral and ethical compass, is a green guidance system.&amp;nbsp; You take a stand on issues, and decide improved communities of interest, making valuable contribution to any effort, and return of profit, by way of gathered compensation.&amp;nbsp; As commercial developers of real estate, brokerage is elemental.&amp;nbsp; A broker should listen:&amp;nbsp; hearing what's meant, not what's said.&amp;nbsp; A broker should enlighten:&amp;nbsp; acting as philosophical intuitive, toward an understanding of an investor, not his cash.&amp;nbsp; so that, each customer had one card for all their needs, whether it be debit, credit, access to a larger loan community for large purchases, if their creditworthiness was enabled?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And, what if ‘enabled’ meant that the banking community had a hierarchy associated with stability, literacy (computer, speech, written word, all segregated and understood by the industry, and each particular bank, separately, in order to maintain privacy, etc.); and this, as the literate delineated customer (or business) signature, allowed the customer (or business) ‘points’ which then delegates authority-based purchase transfer (c/b similar to 1031 exchange, in real estate, so that government taxation is a benefit to the business structure and to government programs via banking, etc.)… these points and authority levels, would be something similar to Technorati, only not defined as ranks, but levels, &amp;amp; such authority, then would allow for manipulation of business-level, profession-based, trade?&amp;nbsp; This could be dictated through every level of customer interest, and allow for safety and security, and for “social work” to be actual work for lower income levels, leading everyone to a personally defined lifestyle choice.. .&amp;nbsp; I believe one would naturally gravitate to a serviceable comfort level, and respectable knowledge base, whilst maintaining lifestyle according to need.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So, in other words, actual dollars don’t exchange hands (true green, or going green in banking would = no green in currency)...&amp;nbsp; The asterisk:&amp;nbsp; it's the conundrum of the journalists' toolbox.&amp;nbsp; We "decry" valuable service, through implied, if not applied, worthlessness.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Here, we'll review case in point, and the implications of usage of the asterisk, according to legal prescription, leading to usage across all technical and analytical writings.&amp;nbsp; The following definition of terms, according to letter formula, is a very rudimentary delivery… but, an exact formula for usage, nonetheless.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Asterisk:&amp;nbsp; A very defined presumption of possibility, according to guilt “the risk, as implied, or applied, according to disinterest."&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;An asterisk, appears as a whisper, and is used as the silent or unspoken warning to the reader, in any work in which it appears; it is visual permanence, by value and by time, and decides a corresponding value according to defiance.&amp;nbsp; One may or may not defy relevance; however, an asterisk's value is realized upon adherence to the document upon, or writing in which, it appears, regardless of relevance, and regardless of behavior of legal relevance, or simply through definition of the terms of such asterisk… so, this is the foundation of all legal presumption, the asterisk-implied, if not applied, is sought as all legal remedy.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is my assertion, that an asterisk, is legal impudence.&amp;nbsp; All legal recourse presumes the adherence of the asterisk, whether it exists on paper, or in reality, or whether it is, in fact, realized through some legal awareness, by the civilian, or legally illiterate citizen, or not. &amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is also my assertion, that, now, since the asterisk is in common usage, and since all possibility for deviance of contract or eligibility quality, cannot be ascertained and belied, such asterisk, any asterisk, implied or applied, is void.&amp;nbsp; (This being qualified and defined here, since all legal proceedings, are registered and brought to jurisdiction, according to case study, applied, and all case study may be reviewed according to all relevance… so, any loophole is easily surrendered, or won, through a basic understanding of relevance.)&amp;nbsp; Also, the asterisk, according to consumerism, is negate, since “caveat emptor” is discord; it cannot be applied, according to our judicial system, technically, and is easily manipulated through a basic understanding of American History, and legal case study.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Star Qualities, reduced to succession (***) … these may be distinguished, as by quote, or by recitation of authority.&amp;nbsp; This being the asterisk, in use as ‘cite'.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Caveat Emptor:&amp;nbsp; This, is the asterisk used as qualification of a risk, or many instances of a dangerous presumption of&amp;nbsp; guilt (in multiplicitous usage).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;"What happens if," in the response to ‘possibility of’: the asterisk in use as attent toward a notion (the &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://blog.hanifinloyalty.com/category/loyalty-asterisk"&gt;Loyalty Asterisk&amp;#8482;&lt;/a&gt;).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The Loyalty Asterisk&amp;#8482;, in my opinion, should be presumed a lure, by default.&amp;nbsp; It assumes no risk, and provokes suspended interest… “we hope you’ll buy, we respect your guarded vigilance in defining the worth of this offer; however, we are not financially equipped to assume all risk” … with the prescribed over-use of the asterisk, implied, and applied, the Loyalty Asterisk&amp;#8482; is, defined herein, an expression of the philosophy of “buyer beware”… which doesn’t technically, exist, according to implied usage of the asterisk across the American Judicial System.&amp;nbsp; The good news here, is that a true marketer, toward a loyalty perspective, is at least providing a red flag of concern.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A flawless remedy retained through social responsibility and PR, according to the avoidance of all legal action, is in the prescribed diligence it takes to understand your business concern, to apply your marketing, ONLY, to your market, and to decide culpability, as a responsible behavior, when and where applicable, to resource.&amp;nbsp; We work and deal, only with those having equivalent moral and ethical value, disallowing for confusion, through legally bound contractual permanence.&amp;nbsp; All business matters, then, should be protected and assured gainful economic gratification, without the threat of concern, as can and should be delivered and legally adhered, through the customized prescription of bound contractual definition.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is, as a precursor toward understanding a specific continuum of relevance, beginning at the point of Gathering Estimation:&amp;nbsp; So, to think of a (one) continuum, as being an object out in the space of your mind, but outside of yourself.&amp;nbsp; A horizontal line of thought, as a focus.&amp;nbsp; You can see it, at a distance; as opposed to continuity of thought.&amp;nbsp; Continuity being where you stand (with your physical presence as the main point) on a particular issue, then looking to other points of value along a line of thinking, as possibly credible, but differing opinion.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A continuum being fact-based, along a particular ‘line’ of thinking, and has relevance all along the way toward a valid counterpoint or theoretical point of opposition, as opposition to that starting point, at the opposite end of this continuum of thought.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In other words, a Continuum of thought, is outside of yourself, but within your system of values; it's an equation of fact-based thought, with beginning and end.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A thought according to continuity, starts at perspective, your own, with trajectory from where you sit.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;continua strategem&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; These are theories of opposition and relevance, of which have point v. point relationship.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;a (one) continuum:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;An equation of thought within the strategem, which has complete point to point relevance, and then point v. point irrelevance, all along the way; however, does not rely upon rote theory, or consecutive ordered placement (as with consecutive numbers, for example).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;to continue:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The process by which all matter makes progress, moves forward, tracks toward, &amp;amp; is directed:&amp;nbsp; t&lt;strong&gt;o continue&lt;/strong&gt;, ‘exhibits’ trajectory, and may be continuous, forever, or, alternatively, may veer, or be re-directed, &amp;amp; possibly mis-directed, by alternative thought or matter.&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Continuous&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;thought&lt;/strong&gt;, is applicable as a direction for one’s life or existence.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A continuum &lt;/strong&gt;establishes foundation through valid equation, using fact-based elements for proof … tactile evidence.&amp;nbsp; Time, may work within your equation; however, time is not defined by absolute function, although, time could be a distinct possibility through variable.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So, this line of thinking according to continuum, allows for a system to benefit all people, and for all people to work within the system… fate, then, is dictated on a personal level.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;continuum v. perspective … constancy v. conditioned … a constant v. continuity … &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Ready? &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This writing, which follows, is a theory of relevance:&amp;nbsp; a continuum for review, which has specific economic relevance/ramification toward American “way of life” and lifestyle stability:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Heretofore:&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;Gathering Estimation v. Estimated Guess&lt;/strong&gt;:&amp;nbsp; A Theory to oppose trend.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Gathering Estimation … is to repair amounts based upon qualified attitudes, and then adjustments according to a theory of ‘more or less’ (as mathematic certainty and absolute fact, not, an estimated ‘guess’).&amp;nbsp; So, this continuum of understanding, is on a ‘gathering estimation’ v. estimated guess, or, ‘guesstimation’ … plane.&lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;A “&lt;strong&gt;plane&lt;/strong&gt;” as defined within this scope of continua, is spectrum:&amp;nbsp; establishes point relevance and idea within a framework of direct association.&amp;nbsp; Each point “touching” the next, on a level surface of thought.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So, that said,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Gathering Estimation, is specific, only, to vertical-frame review, never straight-line calc, and, is supported by fact … it is visual feedback, which is initially experiential (this formula for review, is valid along the entire stretch of the continuum:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; “GE v. EG (gu)”).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;FYI, this is not to say, that our current economy is built upon “guesswork” but instead, is built upon our qualified “right”… to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness; however, the unfortunate reality, is such that this “right” since having never been qualified, has never been put to specific definition.&amp;nbsp; Therefore, it has been ‘termed’ toward legal definition, allowing all rights to trend.&amp;nbsp; While these terms should have no clear definition, in order to allow for all positive ways of survival according to health, and happiness, specifics should have been laid to work, to the extent that our country should provide clear paths for growth, prosperity, health, and wealth, according to any eligible purpose for a life, with absolute guidance (a system of orderly possibility for livelihood), and also security, and protection from harm as being natural facts, not ‘rights’; this being the only way to ensure our prescribed ‘inalienable’ rights, accordingly. &lt;br&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;So, that said, a new economy built upon this continuum of gathering estimation v. estimated guess, does not negate guesswork, but instead, puts it to work and to good use, through fact-based understanding:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The strategy, defined:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To estimate, is a calculated, visual quantification, rendered through experience.&amp;nbsp; Once applied &amp;amp; verified (via rote math), we then acquire ‘remainder’ feedback (feedback by extra, or ‘assumed’ (meaning garnered).&amp;nbsp; This being an equivalency to borrowed, as in an understanding of addition/subtraction equations, as when borrowing from, or adding to, a higher place value (the ‘extra’ in question, is in direct equivalence when added, but amassed proportionately and abundantly, by alternative algorithm when reintroduced, as from a negative position of being unaware of actual quantity within mass, the “verified amount”).&amp;nbsp; So, to gather estimation, is to capture qualified extra proportion (proportion, being a KEY term, not portion, but IS PROPORTIONATE TO, and proportionate in greater abundance, when calculating in arrears (see: pro v. con).&amp;nbsp; So, to then ‘set aside’ these leftover amounts, pro &amp;amp;/or con, for purposes of bundling, &amp;amp;, to then put to good use.&amp;nbsp; This does work in both positive &amp;amp; negative (pro&amp;amp;con) verified estimation amounts, to benefit of both.&amp;nbsp; This would appropriate an acquisition through “torrent” or “deluge” as in a flood of ‘valid concern or interest’ which, in this case, is currency.&amp;nbsp; This relevance according to idea, is the only reason, we are even able, to estimate through visual acuity!&amp;nbsp; So, this being a philosophy for an economy; ie, a new economic guide used to capture, and retain, and restore, value, within the American economic system, and is, in greatest opposition to trending supply and demand (which is an economic burden &amp;amp; an environmental backlash, since it is always based upon excess, to the point of burden, at some point).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This idea could, should, &amp;amp; if allowed to exist and is managed, WILL, serve to regulate certain areas and/or sectors of the US economy, as a measure of activity toward industries according to presumption/adherence, and as opposed to trend (since trending, as an economic ‘current,’ is an uncontrollable and unmanaged value) … so,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The point, is that all positive AND negative growth, is excess upon retention, and so can, AND SHOULD, be eligible “rally” for the economy.&amp;nbsp; This idea, has its foundation, in the ability to estimate a given quantity of items (amounts) in a specified multi-dimensional space, through ‘guesstimation’ which is a learned skill through experience.&amp;nbsp; To take the process further, is to then actualize verified amounts.&amp;nbsp; Once determined &amp;amp; revealed, a verified amount is either less than, or more, than one’s perception (the estimated amount), which allows the actualized quantity to “grow” once verified (if the verified amount is less than one’s perception, there is &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;in fact&lt;/span&gt; more; if one’s perception was less, one can perceive the difference into being, through acquired transition from other verifiable, &amp;amp; then verified, &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;equivalent &lt;/span&gt;spaces).&amp;nbsp; This given space, as denoted by example above, was only one verified space, so isn’t actualized through GE, since it is only one individual concern; however, once all similar spaces have been qualified, and made equivalent through verifiable and verified example (equivalency = proportion), one will have Gathered Estimation.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The product of Gathered Estimation, is also a useful budgeting tool within any singular industry.&amp;nbsp; Some may liken it to the quick fix some entities employ:&amp;nbsp; To the “borrow from Peter, to pay Paul” effort, which only serves to escalate a situation, sooner, rather than later, since it does not consider equivalency.&amp;nbsp; It only remedies to a slow-drip, a full-blown drain on a budget weakness.&amp;nbsp; Since it is merely a one-time, one to one, &amp;amp; one-way, (exchange) of value, toward a singular particular or pathway, and doesn't address actualized relief.&amp;nbsp; Gathered estimation, allows for growth, prosperity, philanthropy, etc., all according to verifiable fact.&amp;nbsp; The relationship according to opposition along this continuum, of GE to EG, is the process of verification, &amp;amp; a tactile understanding of equivalency.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Gathering Estimation should be used to prohibit inflation.&amp;nbsp; It can, and hopefully will, be used as ‘waste-save’ or, to re-use a very useful economic term, “reduce, reuse, recycle” toward the established foundation of an alter-economic ego; not a paradigm shift, but a NEW paradigm.&amp;nbsp; This being as an economy, of customized standards of quality, and preservation.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A tall drink of water for our dry economic terrain:&amp;nbsp; this is poetic reason, given by GOD, its meaning?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It means this:&amp;nbsp; (the rose is thought) is diversity, the means by which a thought is acquired, is scientific process; compare and contrast, one to another … this is thought negotiation, this is an internal system we may use, which then leads us …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;to collaboration of efforts … a meeting of the minds, and finds clarity of purpose through mutual understanding ... and,&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;“when two, are gathered in His name” …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;and His name, by any other, would smell this sweet.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God, One God, Father Almighty… maker of Heaven and Earth, of All That Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Seen and Unseen, God Is, (this is clarity of purpose, this is color… clear to saturated color)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Clarity in color, living color, and life everlasting…&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Diversity of thought; God makes up the difference, &lt;br&gt;GOD, is the space between need and desire; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is … &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;And God Decides… GOD Reasons, &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Greatest To Most … All Things, and All Things GOOD …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is … &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Alpha, the first, there is no last… world without end… and on and on … &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;and Loves…&lt;br&gt;lisa &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;God Is …&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The senses:&amp;nbsp; people tend to relate images, according to a point to point ascent through relevant, comparable thought; either, a pulling forward of information, in its entirety, or a leaping from thought to relevant thought.&amp;nbsp; I employ alternative remedy, and store thought through resemblance; not making connections, but negotiating (as in, maneuvering through) principles of thought, a method akin to remembrance:&amp;nbsp; All activity, past and present, is relative.&amp;nbsp; Past activity, is personal experience; personal experience, draws upon strength of character, in building a platform for higher-level processing.&amp;nbsp; So, thoughts remembered, have attribute, each one having potential for resemblance to any and all real-life and current situation; therefore, each may spark recall, for innovation of thought.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To recall through resemblance persuades effort; so, allows attention to draw ribbons of truth according to an understanding of historic related events, or similar principles collected as a result, of such events.&amp;nbsp; This is the idiom, "hindsight, is 20/20" ...&amp;nbsp; not a pining for the past, in any effort related to "wishing makes it better" (an, "if this had been different" philosophy), but progress, as forward thinking movement, which captivates, and expounds upon all understanding of one's past, whilst keeping eyes on the prize.&amp;nbsp; You're always stronger for any effort, and better letting it go.&amp;nbsp; This is evolution, evolving, growing with your experience, not as repetition of understanding through apples to apples comparison, but as through an effort of compare and contrast.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Hindsight is 20/20 and Foresight is Visionary&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;So, rather than pulling information forward, one thought from the next; Regularly, we are asked to shed light on our values according to color.&amp;nbsp; Color is enlightenment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Primary&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Color has an edge.&amp;nbsp; Primary colors, were first.&amp;nbsp; Primary colors we learned to love, first.&amp;nbsp; A melting pot of wax, on a kindergarten playground.&amp;nbsp; Primary colors:&amp;nbsp; red, yellow, blue, and green... distinct and clear, each giving rise to the question of personality, according to 'best'... which works best, which one is your choice?&amp;nbsp; Primary red is color, saturated; red is depth, red demands, red is either complete absorption, or it is suffused... red bleeds; just how far will or can one go, 'prior to' a request?&amp;nbsp; Red answers.&amp;nbsp; Red is depth, of concern:&amp;nbsp; it is passionate; red is depth, of ability:&amp;nbsp; it is firm; red is strict.&amp;nbsp; Red IS primary.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Blue, is expanse.&amp;nbsp; Blue is where we breathe.&amp;nbsp; Blue is light as air, deep as an ocean, dark as midnight; blue brings space, opens our minds, stretches our horizon.&amp;nbsp; It is, as far as the eye can see;&amp;nbsp; it is, open... blue is infinite and forever; blue seeks warmth.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Green is the color of beginning.&amp;nbsp; Green is new, green is awake, green is fresh as life:&amp;nbsp; green thrives, or it dies.&amp;nbsp; Color is significant, and color is visual.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Color is diversity.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Finally&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Color delivers potential.&amp;nbsp; We look to color as clarification; a defined edge for mobility.&amp;nbsp; A permanent, well-designed structure, will have determined, and very distinct boundaries for management.&amp;nbsp; Color provides clarity.&amp;nbsp; As brokers, we have learned that basic bland, is the potential for broadest attraction; I, instead, look to design, and to marketing by location in the quest for marketed potential, and to best performance of management style, to qualify best suit for any given real estate project.&amp;nbsp; Color qualifies a market.&amp;nbsp; I look to green.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In business, we are asked to qualify our markets; in the business of real estate, green qualified, decides financial wherewithal, or alternatively determines financial insufficiency... of an &lt;em&gt;investor&lt;/em&gt;.&amp;nbsp; In the business of real estate (defined as "real property"), green qualification, should determine a bright green future for the structure, first, for the community at large, in conjunction, and for cash on cash investment ROI (an investor's outlay), as a deliverable, through positive growth for any given project.&amp;nbsp; Green strategies, return green dollars.&amp;nbsp; Green property strategies, require a building's, or structure's, or project's, market according to health.&amp;nbsp; A structure's health, leads to community viability.&amp;nbsp; Green strategies, green management principles, should be applied to the building's structure, and to performance potential, not to an investor's wallet.&amp;nbsp; We, as realtors, as real estate professionals, should look to preservation, strength and integrity of these brick and mortar structural 'bodies' in discovering objectivity for our professional endeavors.&amp;nbsp; How do you analyze a situation, in order to reach a pre-determined destination?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Through attributes of formula, a characterization of elements; your prescribed "notions" through your own personal chemistry of organized thought. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;"Two roads diverged... "&amp;nbsp; We understand phrases, words in motion, as distinct for the situation.&amp;nbsp; A personal/internal comprehension, allows circumstance to take heed; so, although we may interpret phrasing internally through self-dialog, we might understand another's point of view, externally, as auditory white noise (static).&amp;nbsp; An environmental perception, one which demonstrates placement as a point to point measurement of distance between where you sit, and your distant point of view, should allow for definitive placement of these two characterizations of thought, yours, as opposed to any and all others.&amp;nbsp; "Two roads diverged.... We, as realtors, were taught "highest and best &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;value&lt;/span&gt; IS the best-use" as sales philosophy, in the creation of personal gain through monetary wealth, both for the sales professional, as well as for the investor.&amp;nbsp; This technique attempted to justify a philosophy of "the best deal" is the ultimate goal, and is a deal in which your customer, or friend, or relative, or any purchaser/investor using your services in the acquisition of a business structure, stands to "win" by profit, or "cash value" .... this stands to reason, that a building or structure &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;by location&lt;/span&gt;, under such an economic mechanism as this, should be understood as only "sufficient" use for purposes of evaluation according to the &lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;theory&lt;/span&gt; of "highest and best use" or for an economy of supply and demand.&amp;nbsp; Our, meaning a career-minded community of brokerage, "our" success is currently driven by a network or community of friends or acquaintances, a broker's "sphere of influence," as it were, with each one's success, as denoted by dollars achieved or achievable in any given transaction, or in the aggregate at year's end ... we would BETTER serve the interests of these people, as well would we better serve our communities of structural integrity, should we acknowledge our level of interest as being in the business of real estate, or as simply being in the business of creating wealth through cash.&amp;nbsp; So, in the alternative then, &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;... should we decide our interests lie with the business side of this profession, we should look to preservation of location, and evaluate structural adhesion to a community through a screen of highest and best use (as was presumably intended, though ill-defined through educational tracks), and then should look to location for performance, then to best purpose for the structure as it stands (this is preservation/conservation) in the desire to maintain heritage.&amp;nbsp; This is the point of a true dedication to maintaining the health and well-being of our homes and lifestyles, and thus our cities and businesses.&amp;nbsp; It is the responsibility of every broker, developer, community or business leader, to understand these two very distinct tactics, and then to decide upon a correct course of action, according to personal integrity.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My approach is one of strict performance... our understanding of local history, flavors of our past... what makes this place, Denver, special ... every location, all points of interest for lifestyles of culture, have definitive personality traits, characterizations of class denoted by local interpretation.&amp;nbsp; Every relationship is a worthwhile endeavor, and every business has its value.&amp;nbsp; Its best value, is through the realization of its qualified differences, and then in the particular marketing ONLY to those set to benefit from those qualified differences.&amp;nbsp; The key, then, to developed business synergy, is in location-based work flow, and in qualified placement according to the scope of each individual proprietor or business owner's objective, these being the qualifiable differences in question.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What is the business goal?&amp;nbsp; Where does the primary business concern surface, and how does that one clear business objective fit the schema, and then fit the developed business climate.&amp;nbsp; This, should be rendered through the understanding that one should qualify these points via direct communication with the primary decision-maker for the business, and with the understanding that this one individual might require a different perspective, in order to understand best use within the market or community.&amp;nbsp; A best use scenario requires willingness to provide these understandings for best direction, and the conviction to realize best suit, should the need to refer business elsewhere, better suit a situation for best intentions of the structure. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Structural integrity in an environment of historic preservation, being the key element for prescribed best use in all situations.&amp;nbsp; One which sets an example, conveyed through, either taking a position on an issue, as a particular demonstration of a desirable response to a pertinent matter, or, one which allows for legal remedy, as an alternative to responsibility, and seeks protection from legal recourse.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The popular position these days, as protection through legal resources has risen to new lows, is under corporate obscurity as represented by a legal barrier of executive-level disregard.&amp;nbsp; We, as consumers, tend to understand this as some form of customer service or possibly even through a draw of consumer loyalty, as created for a marketplace of value-as-savings.&amp;nbsp; This would present as a benefit of ‘more’ to a consumer; a ‘buy now’ in an effort to ‘obtain the best deal ‘ lure; when, unfortunately, that particular deal, is not necessarily in that consumer’s best interests.&amp;nbsp; The trend for consumerism is for all deals to be attractive across all markets, and so, although we attempt to understand our best customer or user of a service, we make no attempt to dissuade interest where interest leads to extravagant spending.&amp;nbsp; Should we deliver the best product for a reduced price?&amp;nbsp; In other words, shouldn't we only market to those users who stand to benefit from the deal through true need of our product or service, and then, offer most value as savings according to time.&amp;nbsp; This should be understood as an element of need at some point, so now's the time.&amp;nbsp; The corporate position, executive control of a determined market space according to consumerism and through the marketing department should have an understanding of only that particular group as its own ‘market according need’ and an understanding of only the true ‘delivery function’ of the company.&amp;nbsp; The corporate position for marketing should dictate that one’s marketing be according to its best fit, and then should determine its primary focus for delivery to that best fit niche; is it delivery toward an amount of money specific to time, is it delivery toward a quantity of units specific to time (etc.) ... this then, should set the corporate effort for its ONE objective:&amp;nbsp; the ‘market according to need’ at the specified rate of delivery is the primary internal educational corporate goal or focus.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Now, since there is a breakdown across our nation's business model according to law, a business perceives a need to hide behind its legal shelter due to the potential for risk.&amp;nbsp; The legal ramifications of 'what if'... &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The responsible scenario at this point, should be evaluated as social responsibility, not WHO should lose if the worst should happen, but how best to deal with RISK, if and when some as yet unknown glitch disrupts the flow of the stream of your business.&amp;nbsp; Since all possible risk is not likely to be accounted for, the now acceptable policy is to create legal indifference as a strategy of loopholes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A case in point, disclaimer notices, the fine print on ads, or terms and conditions associated with 'buying-in' to a corporate marketing plan.&amp;nbsp; It’s decided for us, that in order to take part in corporate ‘good will’ one must subscribe through the terms of the corporate legal shield; you sign, you agree, period … we’ve come to understand this as the business of corporate America, delivered from behind a screen of non-responsible to irresponsible behavior as legal presumption.&amp;nbsp; In response to this inattention, consumers may be driven to retaliate in order to, either retain control, or exact willful control of their own personal resources; some may even be prone to act upon a perceived wrong. This attack leads to the possibility of legal threat, and the ordinary (likely the non-primary consumer for such a business) responds with a degree of anger, which could lead to a demand for their day in court.&amp;nbsp; Such demand has been known to determine corporate need for heftier, broader legal distraction, rather than in an effort to rectify any given situation responsibly and with compassion.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The real tragedy (aside from the reckless disregard of financial resources for all concerned) is in the misunderstanding of a true marketplace, attributable to the lack of focus for a primary market niche a business should endorse, but instead, should find itself struggling to make up financial ground through the distribution of unused marketing and loyalty materials toward an unnecessary proliferate; and so the cycle continues.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;…&amp;nbsp; the responsible remedy?&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Understand your market, market succinctly, educate your audience.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; I awoke to a revelation…&amp;nbsp; Can marketing profiles by stereotype create paths to understanding for the perfect picture; the real-time, but not in real life representation for a life’s work.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This lead to a search, rendered as a culmination of intersecting web ‘thumbprints’ already in existence; with just one more,&amp;nbsp; I’ll be complete.&amp;nbsp; We have a deluge of daily internet opportunity, we oftentimes do not consider whether one more login, just one more profile for online gratification, will be the one to send a popularity of attentive media-types into our field of vision, and that this should allow us to appear as an example for a chosen career so to strategically align with ideally-suited peers.&amp;nbsp; As it happens, we sign-in, and sign-up, regardless of potential for enhanced experience, in the search for ‘more is better’ followship.&amp;nbsp; My vow:&amp;nbsp; This rich experience shall be one qualified by value of purpose.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As a precursor to my caffeine-induced euphoria, I evaluated my work habit detail portrayed through internet pages, per venue, each having its own relative strength in my perfect picture.&amp;nbsp; Bit players aside, I realize that all marketing development for use within a plan for corporate and business-level internet work-stream is conditional upon not only having a true self-representation, but also upon your choice of affiliation, and upon a desire for a clear path to a known and culpable destination; one not necessarily accounting for optimized performance, but one absolutely accounting for knowledge.&amp;nbsp; I write, I have expertise with behavior in the understanding of people, their interests, what makes them ‘tick’ and where they might find they are happiest as a community of participants in any given group; I align myself with the ‘like-minded’ not requiring alliance of opinion, but in pursuit of alliance with moral understanding… I find people where they live in an effort to foster community via responsibility … I hope to make a difference and allow for diversity, in a world in which we assume and prescribe unfortunate sameness.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A casual review of features and flights of fancy associated with our bird kingdom, might give us a glimpse into a colorful assortment of lively character choice, and deliver a wistful air of proficiency to the life of a web persona.&amp;nbsp; In other words, can we add a visual spectacle to a tweet, and more-so, to a Twitter-phile?&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Classification, a bird-association &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We have a plethora of gorgeous plume on display to delight an attractive bent.&amp;nbsp; Here, a few avian images, to ornament a profile.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Picture this:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Geese gaggle in a congregation of feathers, they congregate in order to connect with one another, and survive in order to stay together.&amp;nbsp; Pigeons (or an order of doves) flock together, constant communicators of the bird world, they identify with and to one-another, and then return to a trusted resource through location.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Though not a prized contributor, nor a particularly respected member of a society of feather-hood, the turkey is flightless; the turkey will gather together to form a group, to then meld into an unspoken warble of confusion.&amp;nbsp; Although and notwithstanding, one may likely be camouflaged by a larger, more meaty or weighty contributor of the pack, even so, might erupt into a confused frenzy of futile activity in a preposterous attempt at diversion through hoopla.&amp;nbsp; These are a species connected through breeding, trapped by inability to perform as specified, and bound by a value of responsibility of behavior to the pack; they remain available to one another, until they can’t be anymore.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Birds, though found in flocks or swarms of obvious similar traits, are a species inclined to interest.&amp;nbsp; One will mingle within its boundaries of success, driven by an innate ideal for orderliness.&amp;nbsp; Protection exists for them in community; one may find community in comfort.&amp;nbsp; They nest, they allow for advancement of the individual through speed and ingenuity; In theoretical terms, the reason for which we ‘aspire to,’ the focus of any achievement.&amp;nbsp; To say that one is ambitious in a professional sense, we look to points of relevance for guidance.&amp;nbsp; It’s been my experience, that these points are centered, if not absolutely engulfed by, a prescribed ‘goal’ achievable only by the placement of a vague sense of worth as distinguished only in terms of quantitative value.&amp;nbsp; This is true in business, and so tends to re-establish itself in a person’s sense of self, sense of responsibility to others, and then, by defined prescription for one’s life.&amp;nbsp; We value only that which brings the perception we desire; we place our worth where others decide value should be, &amp;amp; then where value is created, never accounting for individuality.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;What brings a sense of value, the greatest sense of self-worth?&amp;nbsp; To establish, in life, and in an ideal future, the point, or reason to exist, most, seem to establish this elsewhere; upon a job, or upon a relationship, by saddling another with the responsibility for one's own happiness, rather than looking internally.&amp;nbsp; My ambition is directly affected by my ability to create the life I see for my children.&amp;nbsp; I find in recognizing strength within myself, in attempting the physical, as well as the professional challenge, and never to compromise my values, that these attitudes will foster the desire for a worthy life, and that we three will all be entirely stronger for the effort.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The point… at which we decide to live each day as abundantly relevant to a greater value system, gives way to a more profound meaning to each moment, and offers elevated desire for multiplicitous return on efforts.&amp;nbsp; We begin to require more from our days, and thus, receive varied and impressive elements of composition for our lives.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Once relevance is a daily requirement, self-worth is self-evident, and self-value is personal; alleviating the need for social or community validation.&amp;nbsp; One commits to strength, knowledge, reason; evidenced by integrity; one exudes happiness.&amp;nbsp; You begin to understand others through a filter of distant empathy, accounting for differences, but demanding excellence.&amp;nbsp; One will naturally formulate paths to reach creative milestones, and achieve greater success, with an objective in sight and in mind.&amp;nbsp; Objectives are not necessarily driven by detail, and should be constructed to allow for the inevitable re-write; this does not negate the underlying theme of your intent, but allows for growth and recognition of modification standards, which should assist in a broader spectrum of experience, as growth occurs, and your goals are achieved.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Identification of an objective, relevance of your actions, listening and learning from your experience, should make goal attempts more viable.&amp;nbsp; Relevance adds dimension, and strengthens position within the framework of your path.&amp;nbsp; In order to understand relevance as it is offered, try alternative.&amp;nbsp; You understand a concept, once alternative is lucid.&amp;nbsp; A flash of recognition creates memory; what does your body know, that your mind has not expressed?&amp;nbsp; The space between an instant flash of recognition that exists in opposition of a thought, validates a concept, and delivers breadth of knowledge of experience, whether your experience is IRL, or just mere thought (thought not understood as having foundation) ... this glimmer of an observation, a sudden coherence of pro v. con, is Proof Positive of emphatic realization.&amp;nbsp; This would play out in physical rendering, as when, through physical exertion, a muscle remembers a prior movement, once it exerts in a certain way; it absolutely knows that movement is then achievable, and growth occurs via strength from that knowledge of that one movement.&amp;nbsp; That muscle has Proof of that particular movement.&amp;nbsp; This Positivity of growth relates to knowledge beyond confirmation of validity, if you have understanding of opposition.&amp;nbsp; An opposing position, creates awareness of extent, to the positive particular or 'fact' of a thing.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So, in order to validate a path for growth toward a life's objective, create a wealth of understanding through positive growth:&amp;nbsp; should we strive to ‘go green’ in social media CRM?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Social Networking channels may be used as a resource for personal relationship development, in order to nurture an internet persona or web presence, to benefit of your personal brand.&amp;nbsp; This could be used as a means of understanding, in order to allow others to formulate opinion, thereby building a solid foundation for an image of strength within a community of interest.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Personal relationship, developed through social media and online work habits, has historically been deemed a ‘network,’ and grouped according to resources of understanding; so, you now may have amassed large areas of connections, which could lead to work.&amp;nbsp; In order to use these internet acquaintances effectively, we need to further define style of encounter.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I believe that a network, is not your greatest resource; a network is the cumulative formation of awareness an individual may possess of another, gathered in response to any and all ‘chance meeting’ online.&amp;nbsp; I believe a strong, and therefore useful, network should work as your ally base.&amp;nbsp; So, to make best use of these connections, we might first attempt to bond mutually cohesive thought, and find like-minded understanding, to further a common interest or goal.&amp;nbsp; To develop a strategy, one should discover a personal or occupational goal, then link connections to find a good fit for use, and then, draw attention to the subject matter.&amp;nbsp; My philosophy, is one of leadership; should you have the following (in terms of interested followers) in place, and have the understanding required to make a statement or a difference, in order to further any goal to benefit of your common community of interest, you then need buy-in from your connections.&amp;nbsp; You need a following, in order to determine best connections, and then you need to be a voice of authority to command the attention of your connections.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;A best fit of community for a goal with meaning, is one that allows for developed strategy and provides interest to many, through knowledge and best use, for all involved.&amp;nbsp; First, to define relationship according to connectedness, we must consider elements of style according to connectedness; in other words, ‘who, what, where, when, how’ did you meet?&amp;nbsp; In order to determine strength or validity of encounter; ie, is this a worthwhile connection for my network, decisions should be made as to whether we encourage relationship via a channel or channels, which allows a following, and to then situate a fixed connection for use, if it should be determined that there is value. Cherry Sucrets, in their delightful hinged tin.. was this a 'green' marketing philosophy?&amp;nbsp; Must have been 30 in a box, 3 down, 5 across, two layers deep; never required to use the entire lot for one sore throat, but don't remember throwing away even one box over the course of many years of occasional minor throat irritation.&amp;nbsp; No, I was always forced to buy a new one somehow... somewhere, there is a place where old Sucret tins gather, I'm sure of it; they never die, they just lie dormant in a sea of marketing bliss and youthful melancholia.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;... #iremember Hi-Q ( &lt;a href="http://snurl.com/kykke"&gt;snurl.com/kykke&lt;/a&gt; ) a game of intense scrutiny, with such requisite focus as required to mindfully deliver every move, and know for certain the outcome, is your best case scenario... I'd never heard of it, until that fateful road-trip, when every red light, every tail-light on every vehicle became a game of chance... can I jump those red pegs, and certainly force the desired consequence; will that last peg end up in that center slot?&amp;nbsp; I was the master and commander of that game... a personal fete unmatched.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;... and now, we find loyalty marketing; did it exist in memory?&amp;nbsp; We had the extra value of a cereal box toy; ie, were you a Quisp or a Quake kid?&amp;nbsp; I personally, loved Quake, he was the Big Palooka of the cereal kingdom; the underdog of advertisement; and, he was my hero.&amp;nbsp; I'd eat of the Quake box of vitamin-enriched breakfast in a bowl, foregoing anything Quisp had to offer, he being far too deceitful for his own good...
